Our Opportunity

While the populations of Greenville and Spartanburg counties continue to grow at a modest pace (1-2% per annum), per capita income is on the rise. Large corporations and small businesses continue to build in the local marketplace, providing stable and well-paying jobs. As the larger municipalities grow more densely populated, the historically smaller towns are growing as residents seek the enjoyment of less congested communities, while maintaining close proximity to jobs, big retail, and recreational opportunities. Particularly, towns such as Greer, Lyman, Duncan, and Wellford have become an ideal to live and raise families. However, many large developers have focused on building new housing while ignoring or avoiding the opportunity to restore and invest in older homes in these communities.
